Registration

For registering you must be human. Accounts registered by bots and other automated methods are not permitted.

You must register on the Site to access certain Services, and enjoy all the benefits of SpaceSoft Limited. While registering you agree to provide complete, true and accurate information, as may be required.

Upon registering for the service you have to provide an email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, user id, and password.

You shall never use someone else's account without permission.

You must notify SpaceSoft Limited immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Although SpaceSoft Limited will not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of SpaceSoft Limited or others due to such unauthorized use.

This Agreement is invalid where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

SpaceSoft Limited may impose limits on certain features and services or restrict User's access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

You certify that you are legally permitted to use the Service, and you take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Service.

If you are an individual you shall be at least 18 years of age.

Termination

You hereby acknowledge that you shall use the Service solely for lawful purposes and complying with the Agreement. Violation of any of the terms will result in the termination of your account. SpaceSoft Limited will not be responsible for the content posted on the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

SpaceSoft Limited, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other SpaceSoft Limited service, for any reason, at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account.

Prohibited Uses of the Service

We provide the Service to you solely for your use. You undertake not to use the Service:

• for any unlawful purpose;
• in any way so that the Service is interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or the functionality of the Service is in any way impaired;
• in any way that may damage or disrupt another user's computer;
• for the transmission, uploading or posting of any computer viruses or any harmful or deleterious files or programs;
• to transmit, upload or post any material which is defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, libellous or of an obscene or menacing character;
• as a means to threaten, stalk, harass, abuse, or otherwise insult others;
• in a manner which constitutes a violation or infringement of any person, firm or company's rights;
• to create a false identity with an intention to mislead others.

Limitation of Liability

SpaceSoft Limited shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to you or any third parties caused by the service or information contained in the service. You waive any and all claims you may have against SpaceSoft Limited arising out of the performance or nonperformance of the service.

In no event shall SpaceSoft Limited's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount actually paid by you to SpaceSoft Limited for the service in the 365 days immediately preceding the date that SpaceSoft Limited receives notice of a claim in writing from you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the service is at your sole risk. SpaceSoft Limited does not warrant that:

• (i) the service will meet your specific requirements,
• (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free,
• (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable,
• (iv) the quality of any services, information, or other material obtained through the service will meet your expectations.

Trademarks

If you use any of our trademarks related to our Services, you must include a statement attributing that trademark to us. You must not use any of our trademarks in or as the whole or part of your own trademarks; in connection with activities or Services which are not ours; in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or in a manner that disparages us or our information, products or Services.

Law and Jurisdictions

If ever a dispute arises between you and SpaceSoft Limited, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its formation shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement and/or the Service.

In case of any confusion, SpaceSoft Limited retains the sole right to interpret this Agreement.
